updating a sat nav ?

Is there a sat nav update available for my wife's car , a Lexus RX400h ,at a reasonable price or free would be even better. ??

Ahaaaaaaaaaaa!!! (sorry, Lexi joke) Depends on the model of Nav, Seems to be about 8 options for that model.

Lexi happens to be my great grand daughters name, but she doesn't run as smoothly as the car yet, and her sat nav doesn't work properly either, as she's only 2. The car is only 5

Try looking on e-bay... Friend got 'lucky' last year when wishing to update built in sat nav on his older model Audi...

I assumed the OP wanted a software update not the hardware, although quick look finds this:
