Put the ball slightly further forward in your stance for an experiment keep moving it forward until it is uncomfortable and then some, take a little inch or two back away from the ball too but dont feel like you are reaching too much. This isnt a professional tip, rather something that was mentioned to me one time on the practice grounds when I was having a few issues, turned out I had moved the ball further and further back in my stance while I stood closer too.
Go get a lesson from a pro, everyone will give you different advice, some may work, but your better getting a pro to sort you out. I was at 19 this yr had the same problem now I,m down to 13 dead and looking like i can get down further and most of it is down to my driving being consistant now
