trolley with integrated GPS

I am sure I have seen in a magazine a trolley coming out with GPS unit integrated, I cant seem to find it on the internet and know think i am going mad.

anybody know what i am talking about? trolley not me going mad

I understood it had been shelved. They were the distributors for the Sureshot GPS and it was based on that. I don't think they have anything to do with them any more, so I wouldn't hold your breath for one.

Whilst it sounds a nice idea. In practice, I can't see the point. You can get some really good mounts for GPSs now to fit onto trolleys and, if it was built in, what happens if the trolley or the GPS develops a fault?
 
It was canned because they had issues with the accuracy of the GPS. As a compromise they added a USB charging socket to the S3 so you can use your existing GPS without worrying about whether it's charged etc
 
Motocaddy do a 'universal device mount' for 19.99 however to fit it you also need to buy the 'accessory mount' for 4.99.

still cheaper than the rip-off skycaddie trolley mount at 49.99
