Top of the league!!!!!

Pity the poor guy who has to follow Fergie - same problem when Busby retired (both times) and I followed them to Div 2 - now called The Championship for you youngsters!

Jose M should take over as he gets bored after 2 years anyway then we can look for a Moyes or O Neill etc.

City will win the Premiership (formerly known as Division 1)- in 2013 - need this year for the experience

Dont think so if City dont win it this season then they can forget it as Utd will add to the squad this summer making them stronger than ever and they also have the winning mentality. City will also be going through changes if they dont win anything this season as Mancini will be sacked. Cant see anything other than Utd winning the Prem for the forseeable future

Also, personally I blame Nigel Martin for everything! And heres why.

If he had stayed on his line in the 90 cup final, Mark Hughes wouldnt have equalised and Palace would have gone into the Cup winners cup. Fergie would have got the sack. We would have won the cup winners cup (as Man U did) and the league as well. And there would have been fat kids wandering around Picadilly Gardens and Stanley Park in Liverpool with Palace tops on!

But like the Murphys.......

Gave you more credit than that AW .. i live in Ireland & support Everton .. explain Glory hunter in that mate .. my mate is a notts county fan ? glory hunters ????

Why do you support Everton though? Where's your link? What affinity do you have to them?

What's wrong with supporting your local Irish team? Is it because they're not very good that you don't support them? Or is it because everyone else supports an English football team?

I've supported Palace all of my life. Why? Because from my bedroom window I could see the lights. From my garden I could hear the roar of the faithful. The players played golf at my club. I could go drinking with the players in Croydon. I could go and see that players training.

Now, what's the point of supporting a team that's nowhere near where you live? You have no affinity to that area, you'll never see the ground, you'll never see the players out and about and you'll follow the results on SKY Sports.
