Top Brands You Never Bought?

Been catching up on my Golf Monthly mags on a quiet Sunday and looking at the equipment reviews. I was looking at the Taylor Made R11 irons when I realised that I've never bought anything Taylor Made. Not even a baseball cap let alone a club! Not sure why this is seeing as they are one of the main players in the market. It isn't deliberate, just obviously never 'happened' for me.

Also I haven't bought anything by Callaway.

What about you?

titleist never brought anything apart my cap...
in me bag i got ping TM odysey and callaway so got the main ones covered lol

TM and Ping. No real reason, just never liked the looks of any TM equipment, and Ping........well I can't explain that one really.

Never bought any Titleist gear. Traditionally the clubs have never been aimed at golfers of my level (I know that they are aiming at a wider range of goflers now) so never really looked at any. Having had some freebies to try, I am one the of the few people who does not like Titleist balls. ProV are too expensive and I have never felt that any of their cheaper offerings have been up to the same standard as the competition.

Callaway & Cobra for me, just never liked the noise of the woods.

Never had anything Callaway or Titleist either apart from trying the odd ball but never lasted long don't think I have used anything Nike either apart from the bag

Never had anything from ping, callaway, cobra and only ever had one tm driver that lasted for about 3 months then got binned.

I think certain brands have a reputation for being aimed at different abilities. Always shyed away from Titleist, worried i'm not good enough to hit them. Ping seems to have a reputation for forgiveness. Probably wrong just my impression

Back to my OP, I've been looking at TM R11 driver TP version as a potential to replace my current stick.

One look at the price, £369, and I moved on.

Another in a similar position. Never really been a fan of Titleist club offerings although the new version of the AP's do look good. Never really been drawn to their drivers either.

Nike, Cobra, Srixon(except balls), Wilson are ones I've never had.

I don't get on with TM stuff. Don't know why but I've had a couple of TM clubs down the years but can't remember ever hitting a good shot with one.
