Had a great day in the company of Roger (leftie) and the weather was surprisingly pleasant.

Both of us were slightly below par overall today but in fairness the course was playing hard, with 1 par 3 being reachable only with a full-blooded driver!

From a personal point of view, I was delighted as I seem to have fallen in love with my putter again, infact both of us putted well today.

Thanks for a good day roger and thanks for what is sat in a glass next to me now!

So the curse is lifted.

Glad you both had a good day. Defo want to play it again.

So you really don't need a new putter, no suprise there.

Enjoyed the day again Jon. Great course, great company.

Well played (ba34ard :p). I'm just sorry that I bothered to tell you what was wrong with your putter (the 6" between your ears). You sunk some great putts with it.

BTW Slim. Next time we meet I'll bring a hammer and nail to make more holes in your belt

Glad you had a good day lads.
Five of us that should have been at Westerham today ended up playing at Lewes in Sussex. Beautiful day, and the coure was in superb condition bearing in mind the weather we have had lately.
Some decent(ish) golf played, winner scored 33 points, second was 32 and myself and another guy came in with 31 points so quite a close battle. I had a seperate match going with my "arch enemy" and after 6 holes he was level par and I was 4 down!!
Pulled it back to 2 by the turn but eventually ended up going down 4&3 and losing a tenner to the git.
Hopefully if the weather is good on Sunday I'll get a chance to have it back off of him.
Rob
