could be a lot of things causing it but will boil down to 1 or both of too much loft at impact or creating too much spin

first thing i would check if its started recently would be that your ball position is correct and not crept too far forward

a lesson on trackman or similar with a decent pro the quickest way to get a definitive answer

I noticed I was hitting my irons really high & when I went to my latest lesson the first thing I had to fix was my stance in relation to the ball as I was standing far too close
