TM Announce R11 irons

I'm still waiting to try the MC and CB versions they bought out earlier in the year but these do look a decent club. As a TM fan I'd definitely be giving these a go when they come out and it'll interesting to see what if any the difference there are between the R11 and recent releases

HJS, Surely they are the same as the new CB,MC, Irons with just R11 stamped on them, My BIL has the CB Irons and having tried them I must say they are really nice!!!..

This, they look very similar to the CB/MB range.

Take away the stupid hexagon shape weight (that makes them look like the MB + CB irons) and replace it with the old triangular weight and hey presto you have a set of R7's or R9's depending on what colour scheme you use

Well it has been about a month since they released something new

I'm a big Taylormade fan, but would rather the new CB irons to be honest.

I tend to agree and couldn't really see much difference between the CB or MC range. I don't think the weight portal makes a huge difference to the appearance and certainly can't be seen at address. I'll be interested to try the R11 next to the CB/MC and see if they are the same club with a design makeover only

OH NO.... I don't want to become one of the Taylor Made bashing brigade.... but I think I am going that way. As has been said, these look no different to the CB Irons. What a shame, this iron is totally aimed at someone who wants to match all there clubs not someone who wants whats best for them.

Still, bet they are nice to hit and I guess that is what matters... yes thats it Al, TM are offering alot of choice
