Undoubtedly a driving force in the game and a leader of his generation but not really the driving force in the game and usurped by Fowler, McIlroy etc.

Great golfer who has done a lot to improve the life of all professional golfers. Don't mind one bit that he is a bit of a shagger (plenty others are but don't court the same scrutiny) but he is a disgrace to golfing etiquette which all players should be standard bearers of.

Tiger dont seem to cut it with his brothers tho,you don't see too many black folk on the tours,so he aint that much
of an inspiration to his black american people.

To most Americans though "football" and basketball are always the first two choices. Its everyones own personal choice as to what route/sport they persue, some sports just aren't as desirable to some folks,you don't see many coloured darts pros etc (just as a daft example).

Admired his ability but never warmed to him. He always had a reputation as arrogant and aloof, sometimes contemptuous of others, and it was widely known he liked blondes, both quality and quantity (as Dad did), years before the news broke. Word is that Elin knew this well too. He gave up the right for that stuff to be private when he allowed Nike to cynically market him and build a brand using an all -american (but false) story involving his parents and his cute blonde wife and mixed race kids.


By the way, he is more Asian than black: 1/4 Chinese, 1/4 Thai, 1/4 African-american, 1/8 Native American and 1/8 Dutch.
