Just reading on the BBC site. It says he passed a breathalyser test but refused to give a urine sample so was charged

He could be innocent.
but if I’m innocent,I’m peeing in the cup.

I suspect Tiger is taking a cocktail of pain killers, and steroids to allow him to hit golf balls these days Tashy.
He apparently appeared lethargic after the crash…

If I had to guess, currently the driving one but in years to come as people look back on this era, close friends of Trump will reap the greater whirlwind.

Why wouldn't you give every test imaginable if you were clean? Nothing to hide, have blood, urine, the works. Clear your name.

I can make an educated guess as to what happened, same as pretty much everyone else, but won't post it (I might have to delete it straight after).

Why wouldn't you give every test imaginable if you were clean? Nothing to hide, have blood, urine, the works. Clear your name.

I can make an educated guess as to what happened, same as pretty much everyone else, but won't post it (I might have to delete it straight after).

To think nothing is iffy about this though.............mmmmmmmm........

An educated guess is still just a guess, and can be wrong without actual facts.

Is something iffy, quite likely. Also likely he’s on a lot of pain meds and a concoction that’s clearly affecting driving judgement. Is it possible he’s taking PEDs or extra drugs to aid his recovery and manage pain he should ? Yes it is

Is it possible he’s just taking his pain meds or extra dosing them? Yes it is

Is it likely his legal team told him not to take it? Yes

Is this the first time he’s had a DUI after surgery? No it isn’t.

It’s very easy to jump on a band wagon, throw guilt around for assumed reasons he refused a test. But it’s better to wait for the full facts than it is to make assumptions about why and what he’s taking. But I guess that doesn’t make for good conversation on a forum or news worth reporting.

I’m not defending him as clearly there is guilt for having a DUI. But I prefer to base my full judgement on guilt with facts not with opinion. I’ve seen people have issues over the years with painkillers and drink due to work injuries it’s not always as clear cut as people think.
