Just a quick post to give American Golf abit of credit...

Basically found a small hole starting to develop in the heel of my Tour ATV's (bought in March) this morning so decided to see if AG could do anything for me... 5 mins in the shop and I walked out with a brand new pair :-)

Thumbs up AG

Oh yes, very common. Bought mine around christmas and have blistered my heels ever since. Even did the trick of duct tape inside the heels from the very first time I wore them and still the heel wore away.

Recently changed to FJ Sports, and only 2 rounds in with them not had a any problems.

Thread hijack (sorry), I have found that the sole insert in Adiddas shoes is too soft? Being gel based it allows far too much vertical movement of the foot, which wears the back of the shoe, and the back of my ankle. Throwing the insole away, and replacing it with a more normal one does the trick. Comfy as, no blisters, no wear on the shoe.

Now if only they were water proof.

I think these were the shoes that Fundy had two pairs of in a month or two and killed them both. One of the reviews on the AG site says a similar thing. Super comfortable but sub standard craftsmanship.

yup did 3 pairs in about 7 mths in total I think. currently working my way through a pair of puma cell fusions and some nike tour premiums, quite fancy the TW13 shoe next (unless I finally find a pair of Bioms to fit lol)

Yeah I really love the look of them but they do blister my heel, if I get a year out of the new ones I'll take it, shame though my Nike running shoes that I wear to the range, running and gym everyday for the past two years have NO sign of wear and tear... Glue spikes on the bottom LOL :-)

Not a fan of adidas shoes. Love the styling but can never find a fit that works and is comfy across the range. Shame. Heard lots of bad news about splitting and leaking too so think I'll stick with the odd pair of FJ's

I won't buy Adidas shoes after a bad experience with some football boots a few years ago. I was playing Sunday league at the time and after about 3 games the laces ripped through the upper.

Took them back and was told in the sports shop (since gone bust) that no exchange or refund as I'd used them in a competitive game. What rubbish!

Needless to say I avoided the store chain and Adidas ever since!

i got atv tour 360' a year ago ,heels have worn, still waterproof, comfiest (sp) shoes ive ever had. birthday next month, white, black, orange atv's already ordered.
