Thumb injury prior to season starting!

Sympathies mate, I lost my right thumbnail at the end of January which put me out for a month.. luckily the weather was crap enough that I didn't miss much in the way of golf. Even now, its a bit tender, and the nail has only half-grown back in, but I can hold and swing a club.

But, to do it now, on the eve of the new season.

Just an update on the injury, its my left thumb that's the problem and it looks like its still bleeding slightly.

On a positive note though, due to the snow over the last fortnight the deadline for my match has been extended
It needs to be played by next Sunday instead.
