Watching the PGA golf on Sky and Jason Day (playing with Justin Rose) has just hit his drive massively fat and it went about 100 yards.......

I can play pro golf shots!!!!

Just watched it Pal.....
Very funny..... :) :) :)
And he then hit it off the fairway after fatting it 106 yards off the tee with the same club again (driver) and made a complete arse of his second as well

I liked the fact he laughed at himself rather than get all 'monty' on the course. Justin Rose was doing his best not to laugh, but as soon as Day started he had a good chuckle. :D

Despite all that, think he just walked off with a par.

I love it when pro's f*ck it up like the rest of us. My Fav was Roberts Karlson a few years ago, hit a great drive over 300 yards and only had a wedge in on a 450 par 4 and sh*nked it 45 deg into the water. :D

As someone said to me, the difference between good and bad golf for a 20 to 10 handicap, is how good your bad is...

just watched this and did enjoy the faces of the caddies and other pro's...if only i could laugh when i make myself look stupid :)

now THAT makes me feel SO much better.

then again, to go on and make 66 kind of dampens things!

it made me smile inside when I saw Anthony Kim smash a 3 wood high and left and way out of bounds when all he had to do was lay up with an iron

In start contrast, bubba watson hits his driver off the deck, dragging it 60+ yards left and setting himeself up for an eagle

sometimes they are just too clever for their own good

Watched the Africa Tournamnet this afternoon and the guy who was leading Brandon Grace air mailed the green from 90 yards in to the thick stuff, 2 fresh air shots later and the ball still hadn't moved he eventually hacked it on to the green and walked a way with a 7 ,its easy done. :)

I saw that this afternoon and thought Grace was going to self combust. He relly didn't like leading. Poutler chucked a couple of shanks in at the Masters last year and I remember Torrance shanking one on a par 3 at the British Seniors Open a few seasons back. Always good to see but the trouble is most (Grace excepted) find a way of limiting the damage
