This bleedin' weather is doing my head in !

What a difference 24hrs makes....absolutely bloody glorious outside today!

Bright sunshine, no wind, perfect conditions, anyone want to look after 2 kids for me? ;)

I'm looking out of the window now, supposed to be setting off at 11.30 for a game this afternoon.
Howling wind and it's just starting pishing it down.
Not a happy bunny

Very cold here and dark clouds, if I venture out, it will be this afternoon :(

Not much chance for practice before Wednesday if I don't. Funeral t'mora, piss up Tues lunch, work Wed morning.

Its just started raining a bit here too

Any news on the range yet vig?

Played the medal today. Light drizzle on the practice ground and as soon as I walk to the 1st tee it tipped it down in biblical proportions and the first four holes were full waterproof, towel inside the umbrella, rain glove etc. Thought it was going to be my day as well when I chipped in at the first for birdie. Sitting greenside at the par 5 2nd in 3 and thinned the bunker shot OB and finished with an 8.

Started in rain and finished the last two in the same manner. Got up and down at the last from a bunker for a par 5 and finished with a level par net 70

I had a 12 down the first, an 11 down the second and then it all went to pieces

I went out yesterday (too wet on Saturday), the morning's weather was looking good. I managed to drive the first 8 drives straight, in fact I've never hit as many good drives in a row. According to google earth my longest was approx 290yds !!! ( admittedly downhill), then on the 12th tee, the heavens opened. A wet grip causing a vicious hook into a pond, a second ball sliced into the tree's. I blamed the weather and went home wet and stroppy. :(

The weather has been pretty poor in recent weeks, yesterday was awful and was raining as we started and was just a shower but later the rain came in force and it was the only time in a few weeks I havent worn my waterproof trousers to start with.

Looks like this week isnt going to bring any changes to it and then the weekend will be more of the same, I wish we had decent weather in this country or at least a summer.
