Well, it was a tight match and it looked like we’d be first off the green. Even though almost every end was won by 1 shot, it was him that was doing the winning. Unfortunately, at 14-3 down I was destined for an early bath. He was bowling great lines and weight.

Anyway, I found the key to unlocking the green. Final score, 15-21. Semi-final tomorrow, with the final afterwards.

Rarified atmosphere for me.
 
Took mine in for a service and MOT week last Friday. I told the mechanic there was an annoying beeping sounding coming through the sound system. It was driving me barmy. Missis T googled it and found the upgrade for the electronics to get rid of it. I called the garage and told them whilst the car was in. They called back an hour later and said “ yes there’s a fault and a system upgrade will cure it, normally it’s £175 but seeing as it’s in we can do it for £55”. I told them it was under warranty. They asked “ yes but whose warranty do you have”. “ yours, flippin Perrys who I bought the car off”. “ And I am not paying”😡
An hour later I get a phone call saying the car had passed its MOT, car serviced and the cars had an upgrade. That’s £391 Tash 😖

Won a titanic semi-final, 21-20. The game took 31 ends. Unfortunately, I lost the final 17-21, taking 25 ends. 56 ends in total, bowling 224 woods. A typical roll up is 18 ends, 54 woods.

The spectators enjoyed the final but I felt it wasn’t close to my best game. Gut feel, I hit the wall - lack of fitness.

First round of the pairs tomorrow morning oh dear… I rarely get cramp but I’ve had it twice in the last hour, right foot and left hand.

Home from a lovely trip away with the girls to just outside of bath to visit friends

Proud of the twins. One is amazing with all animals and just played with my mates dogs constantly. She also showed her twin that it's not scary and she didn't get over her fear completely but fed them and played a bit. Eldest still completely scared. No idea why we used to have a dog

Even managed a good deed on the way home at the services as a lady forgot her card in marks and sparks and was waiting for her husband. Just paid for her shopping so she could continue her day.

Took the kids to the local little theatre next down along. Nice little bus ride as they love a bus.

Beauty and the beast. Apparently Easter panto lol was good fun tho, didn't even mind being picked to be the dames love interest in the front row. Apparently the names now Rodger. You can imagine the jokes 🤣

Twins off to mother in laws now so can have some time with the eldest
