Don’t know if this will be in the random irritations or gladdens the heart thread. But after the weekends efforts re emptying the attic. Stuff is now going on eBay. Missis T is having the proceeds from the pottery stuff and I am having the proceeds from the football shirts. There is more interest in the shirts than the pottery stuff.Watch this space.

We've been in Caleta de Fuste and most days there has been a breeze with 2 days of cloud and windy ,say 1 club wind .Im taking whole family in April.
Been to Tenerife and Lanzarote many times but never Feurteventura. If I mention it people say "Ooh, windy!"

Today another 1 club wind but sunny so once you're out of it it's very warm

I know it's called "the windy island", but doesn't seem much different to Tenerife or Gran Canaria, which are the other two we've tried.

Where we (and upsidedown) stay is on the east coast, so I guess it's possible it could be much windier down south.
I know nothing about windsurfing, but would guess that it does require a fair amount of wind

Oooh Jandia, that's a place I haven't heard of for a long time... We visited there about 35 Years ago, it was a strange eerie place, awash with rumours of Nazis on the run and secret submarine bases.We'll be in Jandia wch, I've just read, hosts the world windsurfing championships, so, hey ho!

Oooh Jandia, that's a place I haven't heard of for a long time... We visited there about 35 Years ago, it was a strange eerie place, awash with rumours of Nazis on the run and secret submarine bases.

Played the course when we went a few years back. Nice place.

It was a best of three toss between the Banana and Missis T going outta the front door. It’s 1-1. I dare not toss for the decider because if Missis T loses, who will blow up me banana when she is gone.

Went there last year for new year and we enjoyed it. Lovely promenade for walking.
