Most fish boning is done by skilled knifemen who dont leave half the spine in the fish!

Anyone that has been shown how to bone a fish properly will know how easy it actually is to do without making a real mess of the fish. And of course the process of filiting the fish does more than simply de-bone a fish, it prepares the fish for cooking

As I can really imagine that device virtually turning the fish to mush & still leaves the fish unprepared to be cooked. Unless all you are going to do is BBQ it.

I don't. I check this website daily for updates as it amuses me on those boring dull days with stupid stuff , and this just happened to be on there and I thought that it was just an epic fail of business sense and branding; although a good idea.
