And so I took myself onto the course yesterday morning in our July Saturday Medal - face up to my demons and get on with it. And whilst my scoring wasn't brilliant (general silliness rather than terrible shots) - not one single s***k - and some very nice shots.
Of course I know that I didn't hit that many medium/short irons. But I hit enough - and they were generally just fine.
