Very interesting map of support for the monarchy compared to support for Brexit.
Big number poll.

Another Troll allowed to get away with murder. There's a ...... shock.

Lets all talk about Krankie spending billions more than the Scottish county generates.....

The FM doesn't want to explain how (on average) the individual north of the border pays £300+ less income tax than those south and also receives almost £1500 per head more spending; this while running a deficit of 9% as much as the Scottish National Health budget (£15bn pa).

Why would they not love NS while she spends other peoples money?

Ignoring the juvenile insults, isn't spending more than its income something that Westminster governments (Tory and Labour) have been doing for years?

No. The UK's borrowing has been reducing.

General government deficit (or net borrowing) was £60.3 billion at the end of the financial year ending March 2020. The amount the UK overspends now may be less than it was back in the days of the economic crash, but the country is still overspending.

Who's moaning? I was merely pointing out the hypocrisy of slating Scotland for overspending when the UK government has been doing exactly the same thing for year after year.

For the record, I have no problem with either of them overspending if the money is spent wisely for the common good.

I thought this thread was about QE?

Wrong again, it was about maps of the UK showing where support for the monarch and Brexit are highest.

I was most surprised by the Scottish map as I thought that support for the monarchy in Scotland would have been much higher.
Support in the English home counties was much lower than i would have imagined but in Lincs/West Yorks higher.
Wales/NI what I would have expected.
Not much support for a republic in the strong Brexit supporting areas.;)
