I was driving home the other day and My Way came on the 'wireless' and I started adding my own words and before I knew it I had altered the full song .... Here it is:

And now, the end is near;
And so I face the final tee shot.
My friend, I’ll say it clear,
I’ll count my score of which I’m certain.

I’ve lived a life that’s full.
I’ve traveled each and every fairway;
And more, much more than this,
I swung the club my way.

Reloads, I’ve had a few;
But then again, too many to mention.
I did what I had to do
When I saw it fly into the plantation.

I planned each effing course;
Each painful step from rough to fairway,
But more, much more than this,
I shanked it my way.

Yes, there were times, I’m sure you knew
When I shot a FOUR and declared a TWO.
But through it all, when there was doubt,
I picked it up and threw it out.
I faced it all in grass so tall;
And N/R’d anyway.

I’ve hooked, I’ve sliced and cried.
I’ve had my fill; my share of losing.
And now, as tears subside,
My handicap is still rising.

To think I did all that;
And may I say –missed every fairway,
No, oh no not me,
I blew up my way.

For what is a man, what has he got?
If not his golf, then he has naught.
To say the things he truly feels;
And not the words of one who kneels.
The record shows I took 97 blows -
And played golf my way!

:D

Sang it of course,
This needs to be released, get Ronan Keating or some other celeb singer/golfer to record it.
Just thought a rock version by Alice Cooper might work?
Seriously Mad you could be in the $$ with this.
