Hi there. First time post from a long time lurker. I was wondering if anyone had any experience of the £295 membership offered at the Carrick? I'm thinking about giving this a go as well as my full membership at my home club. Can you play comps and how regular are they? Just wondering if anyone has any good/bad opinions of the place?

De Vere work on a points basis with certain courses costing you more points. I think the £295 gets you sufficient points for 10 rounds on the Carrick. Compared to their normal green fee there is a fair saving. They do have competitions but not sure how busy the calendar is.
