The best film music ever produced

A Life Less Ordinary had a great soundtrack.

As did Trainspotting.

A little less highbrow than some of the suggestions to be fair....

Really good call on whoever mentioned the Jungle Book, one of the greatest soundtracks of all time.

The Magnificent Seven is up there for me as is Raiders of the Lost Arc.

For more contemporary soundtracks Tarrantino normally puts a great mix together but Natural Born Killers tops it for me, still have the CD and listen to it alot.

Did I miss something, has no one mentioned the greatest soundtrack ever…..The Godfather.

Ah. Nino Rota. Died on my 9th Birthday.

Quality composer from genuine school(s) of composing.

To be fair, most of the Disney films have cracking soundtracks. Cars, Finding Nemo, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, etc.

Braveheart.

Harry Potter.

Deer Hunter.

ConAir

Armageddon

Ray

Kevin and Perry go large

Forrest Gump

Good call on The Lost Boys though.

Top Gun anyone??

The greatest FILM ever made in my eyes. I got to meet the lead singer of Cheap Trick who did one of the tracks for the album. Highway to the Danger Zone is just an awesome opening track for any film.

My wife and I had the Top Gun anthem playing as we left the church after getting married. (We actualy had Shanian Twain "from this moment" as we walked in but don't tell anyone please ....)

The Italian Job - Self preservation society
The Commitments
Pirates of the Carribean
Great Escape

Not a film but does anyone remember the theme to The High Chaparal, just brilliant.
