After a recent thread involving the the Belfry driving range and not living up to the quality it should have and rightly so as the balls where in crap condition and there where no distance markers.

Today I went on the range as the weather was shocking and the balls have now been replaced with pristine Nike practice balls that feel as good and fly as good as any ball I've ever hit, also every bay has its own pin sheet with the exact yardage of many different pins ranging from 50-200+ yards which makes it very fun to go after them knowing the exact yardage.

The facility has always been great with excellent mats and mirrors in every other bay but the balls where looking very shabby.

So check out the range next time you pass and you should have a great session.

they are also trying to get greens with black and white stripes on them to for more target practice. but the yanks wanna spend the 35 million on the hotel and resturants first. in december they are moving to pinnacle practice balls as the nike dont last too long

The greens will be great but lets face it there are no ranges in The area as good as it as it is now. I'm going to join so I get half price balls, £3.20 is a great price for 90 balls.

just get on your hands and knee's and rake them out from under the dispenser. free balls anyone !

I did like Lee Marston but I often find myself wanting to whack a Chav instead of balls...

Little (insert an inappropriate word)!!!
