Recently posted up my Footjoy DNA2 shoes that were purchased in november had a problem where the left heel was starting to come away from the shoe.
Our pro shop sent them back last wednesday for me and on arrival at the club tonight i had a nice shiney new pair waiting for me.They even put some socks in too say sorry.
So thank you footjoy for sorting so quickly.

Wow, that's great service. Much better than I got from them last year.

I had 2 pairs of Footjoy Hydrolites that got sent back for the same reason as yours and both times they offered me a small credit as the shoes had been worn.

To be honest its my first pair of footjoy so time will tell with regards to it happening again but comfort wise they were great.
