Thai Island for 8-10 nights

Thai Island and places to stay. Any recommendations guys and gals? We don’t need that much to do as we are going to be chilling - but need it to be nice and peaceful (at least in parts if not in whole) - and not a party island...will be from about the 24th May.t

Mrs SILH update: nice beach; decent local restaurants; boutique-style accommodation but not top end stuff; quiet but not totally isolated.

Went to Ko Samui long time ago, pleasant enough but very touristy, personally much preferred the Indonesian islands like Bali or Lombok.
