quite often theres a small group of us who, during the winter will go to a sim/driving range for an hour or so and then go out for a curry. Cant play evening golf in the dark, so its a good substitute and social.

They look really cool wearing their caps in an indoor arena….is it the sun or rain they’re most concerned about?!
 
3 players from each team playing in pairs, each pair will play 2 holes - so each player will hit roughly 8 shots in total and in the full broadcast, there will be less than 50 shots.

It’s definitely going to be different…

This is America, where loads of people wear caps indoors all the time. Even at the dinner table 😱
 
Pretty disgusting that the mercenary golfers are not having to qualify for this event, and not having to play their way in via a level-playing field of qualification….instead, they have cherry-picked a few has-beens and thrown money at them. Killing golf!

Would they be there without the money? 🤔🎣
 
Looks like good fun. Obviously that’s completely against the ethos of golf for many people on here who are stuck in the 70s.

Certainly looks like better production than LIV are churning out. And with a proper broadcaster too.

Oh well at least they aren’t crying about world ranking points for it or demanding entry into majors from it

But great that their “franchises” have all been sold already and they have majors sponsers and media deals - great support and backing for it

There was me thinking it’s full of players from all over the club , broadcast all over the club

And who knows that if it takes off then we could be seeing matches all over the world - coming to a city nearby

Come on you surely know there's only ever one reason why pro golfers wear a cap and it's nothing to do with the weather.
