Has anyone used this before? Booked a tee at a local course for this afternoon an hour ago but haven't had a confirmation back yet, should I be concerned?

I've used them once before and it was fine, have you checked the confirmation hasn't gone into your junk folder?

IIRC you don't always get confirmation straight away. They confirm it with the club first etc.

Used it loads of times and never had any problems, great website. Sometimes it doesn't always come through straight away.

Yeah it's a good site......but the rates they get are not always better than booking direct. My most local course is £1 less if you call them direct. Another offers a round for the same cost but with free pie and chips if you book direct. I've got about £80 credit with them actually as they don't offer refunds.

I've had a few times that I've picked the tee I want, gone through the booking and then an hour later received an email saying that the tee I booked isn't available and they've moved me to a later tee. Other than that they been fine.

Yeah came through eventually, ten mins later than what I tried to book, I guess thats what the hold up was, waiting for the club to book the new time. Thanks for the replies.
