Thanks for the responses, its pains me to agree with imurg but it is the slow play issue which is worse. The course attracts all ranged in handicaps I'm not scratch player but keep pace, if I can't find a ball after 45 secs I'll just take my medicine and crack on. We had a four ball of cart users playing off the reds slowing everyone down but I can't help but think that making Saturday morning 10 min tee times would help.

The sooner the course can be more members based the better! It started off being nice to be accessible to all players but now it's a bit annoying

Perhaps a restriction on the amount of cart based players would be better. Four out at once is bound to slow play down.

The problem may have been they were playing the course 25 yards at a time as well.

My blame lies in the majority with the club cramming tee times together.
