Just got me wondering, do people use a different type of tee in summer compared to winter? Given the different ground conditions maybe I should use a firmer tee in winter but switch to a premium tee when conditions are better?
Sad thing is I do, long tees in the winter and lower tees in the summer, so they don't break as much from the hard ground and easier to get into the backed ground.. and I'm being serious

Under new enviromental law, all plastic is banned, painted and varnished wood outlawed. Only natural items sourced from within 15 yards of the teeing area to be used. These include twigs (whittling is allowed, but you may be put on the clock), any worms or snails must be deceased (which will help if the worm is crispy or the snail has left its shell). Ps Under strict enviro law items must not be removed rom the area.

I got invited to try a prototype design today, it's a two layered flat tee, with adjustable height feature by adding or subtracting biodegradable blocks in the middle, it really works and looks tasty, it's name suggests its been designed for use around the green, it's called a Chip But-tee, manufactured by Macain

Well I have finally succumbed and decided to blow my birthday money on a some TeeJoys MyTees.

Easy to use design tool on the website. Loads of styles, designs and colours to choose from.

Didn't like the sport versions so went for the classics with red patent tip and blue accents on white.

Can't wait to get them.

Bargain at £1.50 a pair.

I use full cord grips on mine, easier to get them into the ground when its raining.

Normal tees are banned at our place - they apparently damage the teeing ground

We have to use ones with plastic cleats -they look a bit like spiders - that lightly rest on the ground and dont stick into the pristine surface.

I tried some Long Leg 'counterbalanced' tees.. If you are able to put it into the ground.. they are brilliant.

Anyone else like me and 'laser' their tee just to make sure you're the right distance from it every time or are the rest of you still pacing it out?
