Different year the made Burner then the next year it was the tour burner.

The TM tour preferred stuff usually sits a bit open, and is more expensive. The general TM stuff sits a bit closed, and is cheaper. This is only for the tour preffered versions, and so may not apply to the tour burner which may not be 'preferred'. Clear as mud.

If you believe all the specs, then I would guess that the main difference will be in the shafts, the "tour" models are probably heavier and lower launch. Even if the heads are different, I can't see one being ultra friendly and the other not....
