They were a stepping stone for him to manage big clubs like Inter and Real Madrid. He'd only manage Man Utd or Liverpool.

As for Chelsea. They're paying the price for spending £70m on Luiz and Torres. A defender who can't defend and a striker who can't score. AVB is playing Sturridge and Mata in the wrong positions just to play Torres. Chelsea need to him him another year and allow him to sell and buy how he wants, then judge him. He's done pretty badly but he's got little experience in a top league and with big stars, so deserves time IMO.

Your statement is completly wrong. He has openly admitted he feels Chelsea is HIS club and how he feels he has unfinished business. Nearly every half decent football critic thinks he will go back to Chelsea one day.

Smooching the fans is one thing, actually going back and facing a task ten times harder than the one he faced in 2004 is another.
