went to swing some mizzy irons under trackman conditions. wont name the place but perfection is a World of Golf . ok i never warmed up or hit some balls before hand, but what the hey. what a plonker there was a big left to right wind and i was slicing them like 90 degrees. im sure the fitter was laughing at me. ok i ive got a very very slight fade with my irons but i just couldnt do anything. i think my combined angle degree etc was about 17!!! way way way off.
i tried the 59 but was ballooning it the 825pro was lower and too be honest just felt like my mx200s.
i dont get on with fake grass i prefer the real deal
last week i spent a couple of hours at the practise range and was pepperring my target, all with different shafts etc. i never like the driving range and this just confirmed it for me.
i did get some specs but AG want too much for basically the same as what ive got. im just not good enough to justify a custom fit and was raging with myself driving home. ahhhhhhhhhh

I had on of those days on Tuesday where I couldn't hit a donkeys bum with a banjo, my tempo was all over the place and I was getting really worked up but I went on Thursda/yesterday and I just concentrated on tempo and everything was good and I was keeping most of my angles within 3 degrees ( I practice on a virtual computer with a track man )

Don't worry about and I'm sure you will be killing it next time :)

Just one of those days on the worst days! Conditions and range won't have helped either. You'll be back on the practcie ground wondering what it was all about. Weird game this huh?!

I'm not much of a range bunny at the best of times but at least you get to see some ball flight. I struggle mightily with those boxy practice rooms inside AG and such places where the wall nets stop the ball immediately and you only get to see the flight path on TV.
