Super league back on Friday

I'm a southerners and find rugby league brilliant to watch which is saying something because I think union is the dullest sport known to man, in fact I'd rather insert wasps into my rectum than watch union.

It does help though having shared a room in my Army days with a lad from Normanton who actually left the army to play the game professionally and this season is returning to Hull KR. I'm looking forward to this year's super league and technology highs and lows it brings, would love to be able to get along to a game this year.

Indeed it is Ben we were in Hameln(Hamelin as its known here) Amphibious Squadron. Was hilarious as a room mate and fellow soldier, volatile lad who had a tendency to be fiery but he was a grafter, worked hard physically, would do anything for you and some of the antics we had to get some free beers were quite hilarious. Also remains the only lad i know to be told to calm down in a moshpit!

I'm getting nostalgic now as that was 10years ago! He trained as a brickie for his artisan trade at the time not that he needs that now.

If you don't understand League rules, then god help you with Union Rules
