Sunday practice day at The Open any good?

Thinking of going Sunday practice day as it's only day I can make it this year. Been to other practice days eg Tuesday Wednesday and enjoyed them. Was just wondering if worth going on the Sunday as I realise a lot of the pro's will be at the Scottish open. Hoping may be few Americans are there practicing or those who miss cut in Scotland, any comments much appreciated.

It was when I marshalled for whole week - but the Scottish Open used to have a Saturday finish in those days
