Subscription

I'm looking to subscribe to the magazine as I buy it every month anyway, however when I go to subscribe through the website there is no mention of the free gift offer you usually see in the magazine. Is this offer only valid if you subscribe through the magazine or does it apply to online aswell?

Hi all, it can take up to 28 days for the balls to arrive. If there's no sign of them by then please do get on to the subscriptions department and ask them to look into it for you

My wife gave me a 2 year subscription for christmas but got no free gifts!!

I was surprised she never got anything, especially considering she signed up for 2 years but there you go.

I subscribed 2 days ago and was wondering if this months magazine is the first one I will receive? Just want to check to make sure I don't go out and buy the magazine tomorrow when it hits the shelves!!

I email the subs department am I'm pretty disspointed to be honest.

My wife took out a 2 year subscription but that does not qualify for the free balls.

They have advised that if I want them I'd need to cancel my existing subscription and take a new one out for a year!

I know this is not GM's fault but I'm disspointed in IPC.

Placed my order on 7th Feb, nothing yet.
Just called and been told that the next one I can have is the end of March (May's edition!?!?) and then the balls will follow on after...maybe 28 days after. So, you take the money at the end of Feb and the earliest I can get the magazine is the end of March...why can't I start receiving at the end of Feb when my money's been taken??!!

Same here..

Took out subscription on 17/02, had one letter confirming they are taking the cash (which they have) and no news about when I will get the mag and no mention of the balls. Other mags send the balls usually straight away with no hassle.

Emailed the subscription dept and we see.
