Struggling with my swing - help please!!

Been struggling a bit recently with poor ball striking and loss of distance, really struggling to understand what the problem is. Any advice welcome!!

I'm no expert and it could be the camera angle, but I think your (first) backswing is a tad inside.

Cheers R3, I'll work on that. I thought the problem was maybe teeing the ball too low, guess I've been barking up the wrong tree.
