Hi All

Ive heard that beter players fight a draw not a slice.
Im starting to get a draw and the occasional dodgy hook.

Im wonderring if this means I am getting to become a better palyer?

I think I am starting release fully (finally)

Your swingpath will be coming more from the inside which is good. If you stert hooking then watch you are not taking the club back too far inside.

good stuff :)
It takes a lot of confidence to stat to release properly as it feels your gonna hook it loads, but it actually goes straight! Once thats ingrained it seems quite simple... dare i say :)

Competition tomoro so I hope I can still do it.

The more the ball draws the more your swingpath has worsened in relation to the face, most common cause is alignment is creeping closed whilst clubface remains pointed at target.

If you can alway hit a draw or fade everytime you want. Then yes it is good, as you can aim up the side of the fairway and let it draw or fade back to the center. If you over cook it abit you still have half the fairway left to play with. If that makes sence!!
