Hi all,
Could someone please educate me on the difference here :D
In reference to a reply from Ethan in an earlier post by me...Im just a little confused....Is it possible to have a fast swing speed with slow tempo that justify's a certain shaft flex or vice versa slow swing with a fast tempo.....

Its not a dig at Ethan ;) ;) or anything just before sparks start flying....He just reminded me of a question thats been bugging me for a while that i had forgotten about.

My understanding is that its to do with co-ordination; probably best exemplified by ERNIE ELS who looks so easy and hits it miles. Its the difference between a mad swing at the ball looking for club head speed and getting lower body resistance, shoulder turn and wrist release all coming to the ball and delivering the club sweet spot to the ball which when done well actually produces the speed and energy transfer that produces a good shot -easy.... I wish ...

I use this and it keeps me much more in time than before. There is a slower version 27/9 and an even quicker one 21/7. I have the CD that I can burn of you want to send me a blank CD and self addressed envelope

My version has a much better tracks on it but the point is the same. You take the club back once you hear the first beep or note (and don't pre-empt it) and don't start the downswing until the second beat and ideally hit it on the third. It takes a bit of practice especially not to go too early but it has helped slow my swing right down and makes everything more connected

Thanks a million Homer will do.
As i said in my other post to Ethan...my swing speed is always in around 105-107 with the driver which i dont use but since changing to the regular shafts i seem to be swinging within myself more...I dont know if the shafts have anything to do with it or not but i seems to be working so far.
