Has anyone been or stayed around Hilton Head in South Carolina? Need to attend a wedding out there and am thinking of playing some golf while I am there.

Has anyone played any of the courses in that area?
Where is the recommended place to stay?

When are you out there? I am going out to Hilton Head for Thanks Giving if you are about?
Hilton Head is a great golf course but expensive.
