So how did you do this weekend?

Played in the mixed scramble today, we shot 59.1 net 4 birdies (one was mine where I drove the green and putted from 40 feet to about 2 foot) and 14 pars :( I thinkn the winner was 53. something.

Overall this weekend has been poor, my driving let me down and being ill hasnt helped, lost two balls on the first two holes yesterday. Really am thinking of buying the L5V driver and using cheaper balls.

Homer cut the guy some slack, maybe his score in the friendly knock included several gimmes or a few 'preffered lies'.
I failed to understand how you were ever a trainee pro after I saw what your handicap is now and your swing...no offence either but just because your opinion makes you question what someone is telling you doesn't make the guy telling you a liar.

Homer I didn't say that it was untrue just that it may have looked untrue afer seeing where you stand at the moment,I don't doubt your past as I asked the question a while ago and you gave me a reply, just don't doubt Mono's until you have concrete evidence.....

Had only my 3rd round of the year today - Shot 33 points with 13 on front , 20 on back.....seem to have completely lost my short game and my putting started abysmally and didn't improve until hole 10. Could point towards posiibly 6 shots lost on front nine due to complete lack of confidence in my putter ( Yes! Valerie - Will soon be for sale ) Switched back to my old Wilson and started dropping putts with ease and much more confidence.

Unfortunately , my golf is suffering due to lack of opportunity to play this year . Credit crunch and loss of midweek lieu days has chopped my golf down by about 80%. Real shame as as my driving and mid irons have improved , my short game and putting has gone to pot.

Luckily , i've come to the conclusion that i'm here to enjoy my golf and not get too hung up on performance. When the sun shines , its just nice to be out. Next time out for m won't be till 1st week in June at Fynn Valley near Ipswich .
