It isn't popeye, it is Mr Magoo, and if you ever met Smiffy, and knew anything about Mr Magoo, you would recognise the correlation.

There was no correlation between Smiffy and the transexual monkey.

I too prefer Mr Magoo, and agree with the above...the Monkey was disturbing and reminded me of a bad night in Bangkok!!!
