Would you credit it?

Last month my driving was good. The majority of my tee shots went straight as a die. OK, not massively long but straight and true.

These days I have a terrible slice off the tee.

Maybe I'm messing about with my swing too much. I recently changed my iron swing to give more shoulder turn with outstanding results.....much more length and more accuracy.

My drive swing is much flatter and possibly out to in. (sorry guys, no video)
I tried a more upright swing and bigger shoulder turn (albeit a wee bit flatter than my iron shots) but it just makes me tend to sky my drives.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated as I'm close to losing my mind!!! :D

are you swinging faster?

Do you mean with the irons, driver or both mate?

I do seem to be swinging a bit quicker with both to be honest. Do you think I may be getting a bit lost with the driver swing? I'm guilty of overswinging with the driver. I've been told a few times by friends and pro alike. I just find it hard to shorten it.

A more steady, shorter driver swing should increase accuracy do you think, without losing too much distance?

I still slice but a lot less now that I dont stand so open, with my right foot forward.
