Slept in for night duty!!!

Arrived at gate to attend work only to then dawn on me I hadn't worked there for about 2 years... Turned around and went to where I should of gone in the first place... Night manager was amused at my story and didn't book me in as late...

Isnt it funny how I, one of the few on here who has met you, am totally unsurprised by this and the only shock is that this is the first time you've done it <insert shakes heid smiley>

+1 here surprised he isn't pished and singing ;-)

What seemingly unlikely things have you done.Better head in now!

Twice, for two different companies I've accidently gone to work on a day off. The first occasion I realised my mistake at the train but the second occasion is when I looked at the rosta in the office at 6am!

I drove to work for 8am got out of the car, unlocked the building and worked until 11am, decided to nip to the supermarket to grab something for lunch and found the car still with the keys in it and the engine running!

When I started my current job I did everything right, set an alarm, got all my clothes ready, had a shower, ate a good breakfast.

I did not realise it was the Monday after the clocks had changed, I arrived at work at 10am rather than 9am ON MY FIRST DAY!

Drove 400 miles to present the prizes at a Junior Golf League finals day.
I started the league off and they were celebrating their 25th anniversary.
Arrived a day early and was booked onto a ferry the next day!!

Traveled by train to Newport Mon. to play hockey only to find an empty ground. The match was at home.
Left the office after work. No scooter outside. Took a few minutes to remember I had left it in the town in the lunch break.
These happened many years ago. I don't do this sort of thing now ( whistling smiley )

I have a habit of going to the GC and leaving my house keys at home only to find the mrs has gone to work. I've come up with a plan of hiding a spare front door key in the back garden but it's a shame the 6ft gate is locked and it's almost impossible to climb over

I'd put my house keys on the same keyring as the car keys but I never bring the same car home from work
