Thought it did through the science of reducing the size of the input or whatever so decrease the hole increase the output

Just like when you cover the tap with your finger

Total crap , the missis got one , its now in the bin . It just seemed to do nothing whatsoever we went back to the supplied head.

I have one of those Mira eco shower heads, that sucks air into the water flow creating a more fuller shower feel and sound.
it definitely works and worth the money if you’re looking for a way to “increase” your shower head output.

Keep the hose as short as possible and the pipe bore as big as possible. so we have a 1.5m hose and I think 11mm bore, coupled that to a 'high pressure' head, and it did increase the flow and pressure considerably.
It's just about OK for a shower, it's in the main bathroom, so not used for showers regularly, as we have a pump powered shower in our ensuite.. but its ok, our water pressure in general is pretty rubbish.

Just changed our shower head for a “Showery” one. Tbh after all the hype I was expecting a lot more, the holes are smaller so the water seems finer, pressure only marginally better when it’s on the centre core spray only otherwise it’s just meh.
I will give it a few weeks to see if it reduces the hard water marks that build up on the shower screen, this will tell me if it is genuinely softer.

I have one, gives the feeling of a more fuller shower. It works, it’s a small head with fine holes, it’s still crap but it’s better.
