Just like there is on every ticket I've ever purchased for a motor racing event.
You are there at your own risk....
Surely then you could argue that you are at the golf club on a Saturday morning at your own risk. It hasn't stopped millions being claimed by people being hit. I'm sure if you took it to the extent as others have of a serious injury (brain damaged was mentioned although how you tell with US fans is a different question) then a golfer/sponsor would probably pay to prevent negative publicity.
