Shorts.

Finished the round yesterday and as I am driving down the " pit lane " away from the course, you pass our pitching and putting area. There was a woman on the putting green and the last time I saw shorts that er short was on a gymnast. Don't get me wrong she looked stunning in them. But it kinda got me thinking on the way home. On the professional circuit, women can wear shorts but men cannot. We have had a long discussion re socks, but surely the same applies to shorts, it's 2019. What's going off. Is there any movement on the horizon re men wearing shorts on the tours. Does any of the men's tours allow shorts.

It is ridiculous the pros can't wear shorts, but it has at least kept the can of worms of what colour socks they're wearing well and truly shut.

They’re now allowed to wear them for practice rounds now so can’t see it being too long before they’re allowed during the tournament rounds.
