Short game, how do you play it?

Anything from a 7 iron to SW.
Depends on the length of the shot and where the slopes are. I always try and land the ball on a flat area if I can.

I use my 54 wedge for all chips around the green unless I need (and have the lie for) a lob shot. Play this with a low trajectory with check and concentrate solely on landing it on the right spot.

Usually pitching wedge positioned between middle and back of stance depending on how low/runny, aimed to land on flat part of green and run out with some check.

If lots of green, could drop down to a 8 iron.

Never a 60 wedge unless running shot impossible. If have to carry bunker to short pin, 56 or 60, open face and plenty of backswing.
