Ryder Cup

Hi all,
Don't want to sound like a woman, but what do i wear to the ryder cup when i go on wednesday? Do i wear golf clothes, smart casual or casual I really have no idea. :S

I think I would go with plain trousers, possibly cords, brown, galvin wet jacket as it is bound to rain and a brolly!

Full set of waterproofs, I'd suggest!

Whatever you like as long as there's a waterproof layer. Don't take a brolly - they just get in the way. Wear your golf shoes if they're waterproof too.
You're going to be out on the course all day - be comfy.

I normally go in what I'd wear to play in. Golf shoes, trousers (golf shoes don't look right with jeans!) and a golf shirt and jumper and carry a set of waterproofs (certainly a jacket) in case

If the weather next week is like it was the past week you will want something warm on as it's been windy with a bit of a chill to it but without any rain, today was cloudless. Shame the PGA didn't pick this week for it.
