I know we've done this before but I can't find it.

5 minute rule for finding a lost ball at each hole.
This should be a maximum of 5 minutes at any one hole (cumulative for all players, whether 1 or 4) with a maximum of 20 minutes for a game.

If it's in the ulu it's gone! stop wasting time

playing the ball as it lies on a man made path/road.

I faced this situation in a mens open this year when I duffed a second shot to a par 5 onto a road (more precisely into a pot hole in the road) and under the local rules had to try and play it (and badly damage my club in the process) or take a penalty drop. I obviously went for the drop despite the fact I was dropping on to a heather clad slope.

I of course agree in the idea playing the ball as it lies but surely common sense would dictate not at the expense of damaging your gear as you would when playing from a man made surface?

There's 2.

Casual water filling a bunker= penalty drop out of bunker

The rule about keeping up with the game in front I would change to keeping ahead of the game behind- it changes the onus onto the slower guys ahead.

Free relief from man made adverse lies in the bunker....you know the thing....wet bunker, poorly raked, ball in the imprint of yeti in footjoys!

If you can get relief from rabbit scrapings (or whatever the rule is), you should be able to drop out of an unfair man made lie.

Same with a massive unreplaced divot......
