Clubs can be replaced.
What he needs to work on is his walk between shots: he needs to stop flouncing down the fairway like some bouncey 18 year old girl. That sort of thing should be the sole preserve of bouncey 18 year old girls.

The actual shot/swing was fine,being a professional he can intentionally skirt with the edges of the trees better than us mere mortals can. This one time he caught a branch and it screwed him over. Contact wise 13 out of his 14 clubs performed immaculately last week.

For me the biggest flaw for Rory was his caddie.
Yes he looked nervous9rabbit in headlights), yes he didn't putt well, but any good bag man/woman should have spotted this before they went out and earned their money.

Agree 100%, you could see on TV he was out of sorts even walking to the practice area, he looked very jumpy and seemed to be doing everything at 1.5 times normal speed.
His caddie should have spotted this more than anyone, and WTF was he doing letting him thrash (cos that's what it was) that 3 wood to try and get it all back in one go? That's the sort of miracle shot attempt you would expect from a hacker!
